Provincial Sales Tax (PST)
Orders picked up at our warehouse or shipped to an address within British Columbia, are subject to a 7% sales tax on parts. There is no PST charged on shipments shipped outside of British Columbia.

GST & HST
All parts and shipping are subject to 6% GST except shipments to New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and Labrador which are subject to 15% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax).

Backorders
We usually ship within 24 hours. If we are out of stock on a part we will ship it as soon as possible. Any backorder not filled within 30 days will be refunded. You may contact us at anytime to cancel a backorder. If you do not want any backorder, please let us know at the time of ordering.

Shipping
We will ship either UPS or FEDEX.

Damages
Lost or damaged items are the responsibility of the carrier. Please inspect your package on receipt and keep all packing material. Contact the carrier to file a damage claim. Do not return damaged item to us.

Returns
If you are dissatisfied with a part, contact us for a return authorization number. Mark the number clearly on the outside of the box, along with your address. All returns must include a copy of the invoice and a brief note as
to the nature of the problem with the part and advise whether you want a refund or a replacement part. Please do not send returns COD or freight collect. They will be refused. Returns must be new & in sellable condition.
Refunds are limited to refund or replacement and do not include any installation charges or cost of purchasing parts elsewhere. No refunds will be given after 30 days.
